Ready to move
Having sighted this bearded seal in Bjornsundet the captain let the ship drift towards it so that we could get as close as possible. At this point it was just preparing to slide off the ice into the water to get away from us. Although called a bearded seal the facial hair is more of a moustache than a beard.
